Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-24

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of cambraid.com (the "Service"), operated by NuBLime Empire / BitNest Studio, New Zealand. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 16, a parent or guardian must approve your account.

3. What the Service provides

Free accounts can preview one subject. Pro accounts unlock all published subjects, unlimited practice, and performance analytics. We may add, change or retire features; material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated before your next billing date.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly or annually through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Taxes are added where applicable.

If a payment fails we mark the subscription past due and restrict paid features after the retry period; your account is never deleted for non-payment.

5. Content and copyright

All practice questions, explanations and study material on the Service are original content created for Cambraid, or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape or resell them. Cambridge, CAIE and syllabus references are used for identification only; Cambraid is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge Assessment International Education.

6. Acceptable use

No automated scraping of the question bank, no attempts to access other users' data, no interference with rate limits or security controls, and no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

7. Disclaimers

The Service provides practice and progress tools; it does not guarantee any exam result. Content is provided "as is" and we do not warrant it is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New Zealand law (including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where they apply).

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction.

Scheduled for review by a New Zealand lawyer together with the Privacy Policy before public marketing begins (V6 C8 legal review).
